I bought Nike trainers from this company, The Trainers became faulty a few months in, so I took them to the store for the Nike promise of 2 2-year replacement/exchange, JD sports has taken the trainers to inspect! When it was obvious a fault with them, have heard nothing from this company, along with the company avoiding complaints about the faulty goods along with poor service in store, Have now noticed my faulty style and brand of Nike 95 are on a discount now, and have seen a few examples of these being known to be faulty, they do not care they will sell you faulty goods and ignore the customer if you have sense avoid this company and shop elsewhere, have highlighted this issue to a few people online and in person and they have shopped elsewhere for their trainers, stopping this companies profits for sure and will continue to spread the word on this shambles of a company

I have visited your Chelmsford store and there were 2 pairs of Nike white kids' shoes on display with a label of 15.00 pounds. I got to the till to pay for them and ended up being charged 50.00 instead.
I was told a customer moved the sign because it was wrong. As I was speaking to the manager, she moved the 15.00 pound sign to a different shoe. So now, I'm having to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund and felt as if I was the one who swapped the sign. I'm a very unhappy customer.
As I've worked for a big retail company before, I know if the item is labeled at a price I should only pay that amount. Also, there were a few staff members standing around staring, making me feel very uncomfortable as if I did something wrong.

Rang customer care and it's not going through to speak to an advisor. Just cutting out. No other number available to ring.

I ordered from JD online on the 20/11/2023 and have not received a response or and update on my order since 20/11/2023 at 20:58 pm, which was a text update that stated my order number.
I have a screenshot of that text, the tracking of the order and the payment that was taken.
We are now in December 2023 and I want to know exactly what is going? I have not received my order nor have i received any other confirmation nor a delivery tracking number.
I even have invoice that was sent yesterday confirming my order and the payments!
What is going on?

Ordered trainers via Klarna, returned in store. Store manager messed returned and I'm being chased for payment still.
Still going on since Dec 2023! I was told ( and have screenshots) to close returns dispute in order to get refund. Did so and told I'd get refunded...that was over 3 weeks ago!!
If they ask you to close dispute, DON'T!! Trust pilot here I come!!!

Preferred solution: Compensated for stress and my refund of part payment of item. Which is going to be more as payment is due via Klarna. Taken through fraud!

I ordered a pair of Karrimor Ridge Shoes size 11 on order no. SD400001****6748 for £39.99 plus postage
The order arrived promptly but on putting the shoes on one of the lace cleats has become detached from the shoe and cannot be replaced.
I am happy with the shoes and require to return and receive another pair as the first ones are faulty, only it seems unfair that I have to pay postage to get them back to you.
I have not returned an item before and require help in what to do please.

I was at JD sports West Bromwich on the 3rd of September, 2023 to get some Nike Sneakers and I was introduced to Klarna. I downloaded the app and made the first payment which was confirmed by Klarna but never reflected in JD Sports account.
I kept calling Klarna for more than one month and they did nothing to it. I called my bank and my money was refunded to me but Klarna is still making attempt to deduct the money from my account for the item I never got.
I keep calling and they mentioned that JD sports has to contact Klarna before they can close the account. Please, help.
